yj777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your yj777 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
yj777 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
yj777 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or regulatory requirements.
Upon termination for cause, yj777 may forfeit any bonus funds in your account. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of termination (where termination is not due to your breach) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
You may close your account at any time by contacting yj777 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the yj777 Platform that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
yj777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, yj777 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, where practicable.
Your continued use of the yj777 Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
